What type of Mediums do I print on?
• I print on traditional Archival paper, Canvas Gallery Wraps, and Aluminum Metal Prints.
What are the differences between the mediums I print on; Print/Canvas/Metal Prints
• Traditional Prints are printed on an archival lustre paper that produces both smooth tones and rich color that will last a lifetime. The print will be printed borderless; meaning only the size of the print will be on the paper. If you need a border around the print, please message me before ordering. A traditional print needs to be framed before being hung. At this time I do not offer framing services, but a local framer where you live will be able to help you.
• Canvas Gallery Wraps bring a picture to life with texture and add depth to the photo. The image is printed onto a premium lustre finished canvas with high-quality archival inks, and then stretched on a wooden frame that is 1.5” deep. All canvas prints are delivered ready to hang, meaning no other time or money is needed to put the print on the wall. Depending on the size of the print and where you are located, the canvas will either come with a hanging wire back or sawtooth hangers already installed on the back of the canvas so your print is ready for the wall as soon as you receive it. Canvas prints are also lightweight and easy to hang. If you need your canvas shipped to you without it being already stretched around a wooden frame, please let me know before ordering and I can make that happen.
• Metal Prints create a stunning, vibrant, HD print that is like no other. You’ve never seen a more brilliant and impressive print! Many people describe the photo as that it feels like they are looking through a window, because it feels so life like. Metal prints are made by infusing dyes directly into specially coated thin aluminum sheets, and are rated to last at least 2-3 times longer than traditional prints. The metal print comes ready to hang with a backing already attached to the back of the print. Metal prints are lightweight, even for very large prints, which make hanging even the largest of sizes easier to hang. They do not need to be framed and are printed with rounded corners. To clean metal prints do not use windex or other house cleaners, but instead just use water and a cloth or micro fiber cloth.
What if I want a print printed on a different medium?
• If you have a particular type of medium you prefer to have a photo printed on, that I don’t print on, ex. Acrylic or wood, please send me a message and we can work it out to get that picture printed on the medium you want.
What if I want a traditional Archival print printed on something other than lustre paper?
• There are many different types of paper these days that look great and are archival, if you have an exact paper type you want me to print on please message me and I will gladly print it on that paper type.
Can I order a custom size not listed on the website?
• Yes! I am happy to help you get the perfect size for you space. Please contact me with the size you want and I can make that happen.
What if I can’t decide which print will look best on my wall?
• I now offer Augmented Reality, which is a live preview of your own wall in real time, by using an easy free app. This will show you your wall with the picture you are interested in and the size you are interested in. And if you don’t want to use the app, you can also upload a photo of your own wall and then place the image on that wall where you want to see how it will look and to help you order the right size for that space. I have much more info on these offerings once you are on the prices/sizes page of the image. If you need help with these features please contact me and I will be happy to help.
