“Capturing Nature’s Wildest” is my first coffee table book, and in it I am celebrating my first 10 years as a wildlife photographer. After graduating from college in 2008, I set out to pursue my dream of becoming a professional wildlife photographer. Since then I have traveled hundreds of thousands of miles in my car, worked many seasonal jobs, and spent over 16,000 hours in the field. I have experienced and captured many amazing encounters with wildlife during my travels, and in the book I include a rare sighting of a brown bear with four cubs, a bobcat jumping across a river, a white wolf howling, finding moose in the backcountry of Denali, a bear charging right towards me and many more. It was extremely difficult narrowing it down to my favorite 10 pictures of each of my first 10 years. Travel along with me on this 10 year journey as I photograph in Nature’s Wildest Places.
